You may use the site to learn about our services, estimate our fees, read what we publish, and book a call. You may not scrape it, copy its content for commercial use, attempt to break it, or use it to send us anything unlawful. The design, copy, and tools on this site are ours. Our clients' reviews are theirs, published with their permission.
We write about tax strategy in general terms. Whether any of it applies to you depends on facts we don't have until we're engaged. A client relationship with Mehanna Advisors starts when both of us sign an engagement letter, and that letter, not this page, governs the work, the fees, and the responsibilities on both sides. If you rely on something you read here without engaging us, that's your decision and your risk.
We try to keep the site accurate and current. Tax law changes, and we don't promise that every sentence is right on the day you read it.
The calculator on our Pricing page produces an estimate from the answers you give it. It's the same math we use on a call, but it's still an estimate. The actual fee is set in your engagement letter after we've reviewed your situation, and it can be higher or lower than the calculator showed. The calculator isn't an offer, and using it doesn't obligate either of us to anything.
Short version: we collect what you give us and what standard web tools collect, we use it to respond to you and to market our firm, we don't sell it, and you can ask us to delete it.
We don't ask for and don't want Social Security numbers, bank details, or tax documents through this website. If you become a client, that information goes through our secure client portal, never through a web form or email.
We don't sell your information. We don't rent lists. We don't share your data with other firms so they can market to you.

This site uses cookies and a Meta Pixel. The pixel tells Meta that a browser visited a page here so we can measure our ads and show ads to visitors on Facebook and Instagram. It doesn't see what you type into the calculator.
You can block cookies in your browser settings, opt out of Meta's ad tracking in your Facebook and Instagram ad preferences, and use browser extensions that block pixels. The site works without them.
We don't respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals, because there's no agreed standard for what they mean. We do honor opt-outs made through the methods above.
Email taxteam@mehannacpas.com for any of these. We'll respond within 30 days. If you're a client, your engagement letter and the rules that apply to CPAs govern your client records, and those give you more protection than this page does.
